DAEPPANG (Company) is a platform that provides members with songs, dances, Korean, etc. that they need to learn to become K-POP stars. The company’s service is named ‘Star Bank Daeppang’. Members can use the service (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) provided by ‘Star Bank Daeppang Membership’ to members using information and communication devices such as computers and mobile phones, and the specific contents and conditions of use of the service can be checked in the Terms of Use, Policies, Service Page, etc.
The Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) contain the contents of the rights and obligations between ‘Star Bank Daeppang’ and members in relation to the use of the service.

1. Account
1.1 Membership Registration
Membership registration can be done with a nickname and email address, not the member’s real name.
1.2 Minors
Minors may be restricted from registering as members or using the service according to relevant laws and regulations, and must obtain the consent of their legal representative, such as a parent, before proceeding with payment for using the service. However, if the legal representative does not consent, the minor or the legal representative may cancel the payment.
1.3 Children
Children under the age of 14 or children as defined in each country must obtain the consent of their parents or legal representative when using the service. Children cannot use the company’s service without the consent of their legal representative or bankruptcy.
1.4 Renewal of account information
It is the member’s responsibility to reflect any changes in account information such as e-mail address, and any disadvantages arising from failure to update account information despite the absence of DAEPPANG’s intention or negligence shall be borne by the member.

2. Star Bank Daeppang Service
2.1 Service Use
Members can purchase all products (lectures).

2.2 Payment Method
In order to use the service, a payment method such as a credit card is required.

2.3 Use
All lectures can be used for 365 days after purchasing once.

2.4 Refund
All lectures are non-refundable. Please carefully check the lecture description before purchasing.

3. Restrictions on Service Use
Members may use the service at all times. However, service use may be restricted when maintenance and management of telecommunications equipment is required or when there is a problem with the information and communication network. In addition, service provision may be restricted by laws, court decisions, administrative orders, etc. of the country in which the member resides.

4. Compliance Matters
4.1 Prohibited Acts
Members must not perform the following acts in relation to service use. Acts that violate the laws of the Republic of Korea or foreign countries
Illegal acts using the service directly or indirectly
Acts of proceeding with membership registration by entering false information
Acts of interfering with a third party’s use of the service through methods such as hierarchy or force
Acts of stealing a third party’s personal information or payment method
Acts of disposing of (including collateral, trust, etc.) or lending one’s account or payment method to a third party
Acts of infringing the intellectual property rights of DAEPPANG (Company) or a third party
Acts of damaging the reputation or credit of DAEPPANG (Company) or a third party
Acts of posting information that contains obscenity, cruelty, cruelty, gambling, etc.
Discriminatory acts that infringe on an individual’s human rights or right to equality
Acts of using the member or a third party for the purpose of profit-making activities (such as advertising)
Acts of collecting third party information without permission
Acts of damaging or interfering with the service operated by DAEPPANG (Company) or causing an overload on the entire server
Transmission or posting of information (computer programs) other than information specified by DAEPPANG (Company)
Information included in the service or acquired through the service Archive, copy, publicly transmit, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license content and information, and create, sell or solicit derivative works of such content and information.
Circumvent, delete, modify, disable, weaken or damage any content protection feature within the Service, use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Service, decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the Service, insert any code or product or manipulate the Service in any way, or use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method.
Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment related to the Service, including any computer virus or other computer code, files or programs.
4.2 Use of the Community
Members may post using the Community Service. However, posting any post containing any of the following expressions is prohibited. Expressions that defame DAEPPANG (Company) or a third party
Expressions that infringe on the intellectual property rights of DAEPPANG (Company) or a third party
Expressions that infringe on the personal information of a third party
Discriminatory expressions that infringe on human rights or the right to equality
Expressions that cause discomfort or insult to a specific person
Expressions that are proven or obvious to be false
Acts that are used for the purpose of profit-making activities (such as advertising) by the member or a third party
Expressions that include obscenity, cruelty, cruelty, gambling, etc.
4.3 Violation of compliance matters
If a member violates 4.1 or 4.2, DAEPPANG (Company) may request corrective action, block posts, restrict the creation or use of accounts, etc., and may proceed with legal procedures such as claims for damages.

5. Withdrawal of membership and suspension of account
5.1 Members may withdraw at any time. 5.2 If a member does not agree to the revised terms and conditions and there are circumstances where the terms and conditions prior to the revision cannot be applied to the member, DAEPPANG (Company) may proceed with membership withdrawal regardless of the member’s request.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Content provided through the service is the copyrighted work of DAEPPANG (Company) and is protected by relevant laws and international treaties.

7. Personal Information
7.1 Collection and Use of Personal Information
DAEPPANG (Company) may collect and use the member’s personal information in accordance with the personal information processing policy. However, the member may refuse to provide personal information or request deletion of personal information at any time. In addition, DAEPPANG (Company) may send advertising information to the member using electronic methods such as e-mail and app push in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and the member may refuse to receive advertising information at any time.
7.2 Deletion of Personal Information
DAEPPANG (Company) destroys the member’s personal information or retains it for a certain period of time in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the personal information processing policy when the member withdraws membership. However, DAEPPANG (Company) may post the posts written by members as they are when members withdraw their membership.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 DAEPPANG (Company) does not guarantee the legality, accuracy, truthfulness, reliability, validity, etc. of the content.
8.2 DAEPPANG (Company) does not guarantee the integrity of the data that constitutes the service.
8.3 DAEPPANG (Company) is not responsible for damages caused by the member’s fault or damages caused by circumstances that are difficult for CLASS101 to control, such as natural disasters, industrial action, and infectious diseases.
8.4 DAEPPANG (Company) does not intervene in disputes between members and is not responsible for damages caused by such actions unless DAEPPANG (Company) is at fault.
8.5 DAEPPANG (Company) is taking technical protection measures necessary for the security of information systems, including members’ personal information, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. However, despite such technical protection measures, if a breach of DAEPPANG (Company)’s information system occurs due to hacking, computer viruses, etc., DAEPPANG (Company) shall not be liable for any losses incurred by members as a result unless DAEPPANG (Company) is at fault.

9. Notification and Announcement
DAEPPANG (Company) shall notify members of the notices in accordance with these Terms and Conditions electronically via the e-mail address provided by the member. In the case of notices to an unspecified number of members, DAEPPANG (Company) may substitute notices to individual members by posting them electronically within the service for at least one week.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 The interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
10.2 Any lawsuit regarding an e-commerce dispute between DAEPPANG (Company) and a member shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the local court with jurisdiction over the member’s address at the time of filing the lawsuit, or if there is no address, the local court with jurisdiction over the member’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction. However, if the address or residence of the member is unclear at the time of filing, or in the case of a foreign resident, the case shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

11. Legal Notice
11.1 Any act of directly using DAEPPANG (Company)’s name or trademark, etc. without the permission of DAEPPANG (Company) or using it in a way that implies a sponsorship relationship or guarantee is prohibited in accordance with relevant laws.

11.2 Content provided by DAEPPANG (Company) is a copyrighted work protected in accordance with relevant laws. Unauthorized distribution, transmission, alteration, or editing of the content without the permission of the copyright holder is prohibited.
