These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Star Bank Daeppang (“the Company”) and its members (“Users”) regarding the use of K-pop related digital content and services. Users may access the services of Star Bank Daeppang (“Services”) via computers, mobile devices, or other digital platforms. The detailed conditions and policies of the Services are provided within these Terms, on service pages, or through related policies. |

1. Accounts |
|
1.1 Registration |
Users may sign up using a nickname and email address without providing their legal name. |
|
1.2 Minors |
Minors may be restricted from registering or purchasing under applicable laws. If a minor makes a purchase without parental or legal guardian consent, either the minor or the guardian may cancel the transaction. |
|
1.3 Children |
Children under the age of 14 (or the local age of consent in each jurisdiction) must have verified consent from a parent or guardian to use the Services. Without such consent, access is prohibited. |

1.4 Account Information Updates |
It is the User’s responsibility to keep their contact information (e.g., email address) current. Star Bank Daeppang is not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from outdated or incorrect account information. |

2. Services by Star Bank Daeppang |
|
2.1 Service Use |
Users may purchase all digital K-pop content (dance, music, Korean language courses, and other digital materials). |
|
2.2 Payment Methods |
Valid payment methods such as credit cards or other electronic payments must be registered to use the Services. |
|
2.3 Access Period |
All purchased digital content is available for 365 days from the purchase date. |
|
2.4 Refunds |
Refunds are available if requested within 3 days of purchase, provided that no part of the digital content has been accessed. Please review course descriptions carefully before purchase. |

3. Service Availability |
|
Services are generally available at all times. However, temporary restrictions may occur due to system maintenance, technical failures, or compliance with legal or regulatory requirements in a User’s country of residence. |

4. Prohibited Conduct |
|
Users shall not engage in the following activities: |
|
Violating applicable laws or regulations in any jurisdiction |
|
Using Services for illegal purposes |
|
Providing false information during registration |
|
Interfering with other Users’ use of the Services |
|
Misappropriating personal information or payment details of third parties |
|
Lending or transferring accounts or payment details to third parties |
|
Infringing intellectual property rights of Star Bank Daeppang or others |
|
Posting obscene, violent, discriminatory, or harmful content |
|
Engaging in unauthorized commercial activities (advertising, resale, etc.) |
|
Collecting or scraping third-party information without consent |
|
Reverse engineering, tampering with, or bypassing security features of the Services |
|
Uploading viruses, malicious code, or harmful software |
5. Membership Withdrawal and Suspension |
|
5.1 Users may withdraw from the Services at any time. |
5.2 If a User refuses revised Terms and cannot continue under prior Terms, the Company may terminate membership regardless of User request. |

6. Intellectual Property |
|
All digital content provided through the Services is the property of Star Bank Daeppang and protected under applicable copyright laws and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited. |

7. Privacy |
|
7.1 Collection and Use |
The Company may collect and use personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Users may withdraw consent or request deletion at any time. |

7.2 Retention and Deletion |
Upon withdrawal, personal data will be deleted or retained only as required by law. Content posted by Users may remain available even after withdrawal. |

8. Limitation of Liability |
|
The Company does not guarantee the legality, accuracy, or reliability of digital content. |
|
The Company is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, or other force majeure events. |
|
The Company is not liable for disputes between Users unless directly caused by the Company. |
|
Despite technical safeguards, the Company is not liable for damages caused by hacking, viruses, or security breaches beyond its control. |
9. Notifications |
|
The Company may notify Users via the email address provided. General notices may be posted within the Services for at least 7 days as a substitute for individual notices. |
|
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction |
|
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. |
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea. |

11. Legal Notice |
|
Users may not use the Company’s name, trademark, or branding in ways that imply sponsorship or endorsement without explicit permission. |
|
All digital content provided by the Company is protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification is strictly prohibited. |
