Refund Policy
Effective Date 2024-12-14
■DAEPPANG(Company)’s product (lecture) ‘Star Bank Daeppang”s refund policy is as follows.
■’Star Bank Daeppang’ refund must be requested within 3 days if the class has not been taken.
■Refunds are not possible after starting the ‘Star Bank Daeppang’ class.
■’Star Bank Daeppang’ refund requests must be made through the website ‘CONTACT’.
■DAEPPANG(Company) may revise this policy within the scope that does not violate related laws such as the 「Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions」 and the 「Act on Electronic Commerce and Consumer Protection」.
■If the company revises this policy, the main revised content and the date of application will be notified to members electronically 7 days prior to the date of application. However, if it contains content that is disadvantageous to members, it will be notified 30 days prior to the date of application.

DAEPPANG(Company)’s regular subscription product ‘Star Bank Daeppang Class’ refund policy is as follows.
The payment reference date for ‘Star Bank Daeppang Class’ is 1 month (30 days). ‘Members’ can use the service for 1 month (30 days) after payment.
After signing up for ‘Star Bank Daeppang Class’, the subscription includes a continuous payment subscription for 1 month (30 days).
Members’ can request a refund from the ‘Company’ at any time via email, etc.
If a ‘Member’ does not take a ‘Star Bank Daeppang Class’ class requests a refund within 3 days from the payment date, the full amount for the corresponding payment cycle will be refunded. However, if a ‘Star Bank Daeppang Class’ class is taken and a refund is requested, the payment amount for the corresponding payment cycle will not be refunded and will not be paid from the next cycle.
Refunds will be processed in the same way as the member’s payment method, such as credit card, debit card, or account transfer.
DAEPPANG (Company) may revise this policy within the scope that does not violate relevant laws of the Republic of Korea, such as the 「Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions」 and the 「Act on Electronic Commerce and Consumer Protection」.
If the Company revises this policy, it will notify members electronically 7 days prior to the effective date, specifying the main contents of the revision and the effective date. However, if it contains contents that are disadvantageous to members, it will notify members 30 days prior to the effective date.
