Retention and use period: 3 months after membership withdrawal or period according to relevant laws

The company does not provide the member’s personal information to third parties except with the consent of the member or in cases where there are special provisions in relevant laws.

In principle, when the Company collects personal information from members, it uses and stores the personal information for the duration of the service use period.

Article 6 Rights of the Data Subject
Members may have the following rights in accordance with applicable laws regarding the personal information of members managed by the Company. Members may exercise their rights at any time and may exercise their rights by contacting the contact information in Article 9 of this processing policy. Right not to provide the member’s personal information to the Company (However, please be advised that if the member does not provide personal information, the Company may not be able to provide all the benefits of the Company’s website, app, or service to the member. For example, it may be difficult to process the member’s request if the necessary information is not provided.)

The Company recognizes the importance of protecting the member’s personal information and conducts regular education to this end, doing its best to protect personal information. In addition, the Company regularly checks the implementation items and compliance of related employees specified in this policy, and if there is a violation, corrects or improves it and takes other necessary measures.

Article 7 Criteria for Decision on Additional Use/Provision of Personal Information
The Company may additionally use/provide personal information without the consent of the member, taking into consideration the matters in accordance with Article 15, Paragraph 3 and Article 17, Paragraph 4 of the Personal Information Protection Act and Article 14-2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act.

If a dispute arises between a member and the Company in Korea regarding the protection of personal information and consultation on personal information infringement is required, you may contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center of the Korea Internet & Security Agency, the Cyber ​​Safety Bureau of the National Police Agency, etc.
