NewJeans will make a comeback in May and June.
ADOR announced through its fan communication app Phoning that NewJeans will release a double single in Korea and Japan on May 24 and June 21, respectively, and hold a fan meeting at Tokyo Dome in Japan at the end of June.
The singles to be released are titled “How Sweet” (Korean title), “Bubble Gum” (Japanese CM theme song), “Supernatural” (Japanese title), and “Right Now,” respectively.
As soon as NewJeans debuted in the summer of 2022, they became K-pop’s leading girl group.
In addition, many songs such as “Hype Boy”, “Ditto”, and “Super Shy” released so far were loved.
In particular, despite not making an official debut in Japan, “Ditto,” released in the winter of 2022, was a huge hit in Japan.
If NewJeans successfully holds this fan meeting, it will be the fastest artist to enter Tokyo Dome as an overseas artist.
With the release of a new album in the second half of the year and plans for a world tour in 2025, many K-pop fans are interested in NewJeans’ footsteps.

걸그룹 ‘뉴진스’가 오는 5월, 6월에 컴백한다.
어도어는 팬 소통 어플 포닝(Phoning)을 통해 뉴진스가 5월 24일, 6월 21일에 각각 한국과 일본에서 더블 싱글을 발매하며 6월 말 일본 도쿄돔에서 팬미팅을 개최한다고 알렸다.
발매될 싱글의 제목은 각각 ‘How Sweet’ (한국 타이틀), ‘Bubble Gum’ (일본 CM 테마송), ‘Supernatural’ (일본 타이틀), ‘Right Now’이다.
뉴진스는 2022년 여름에 데뷔하자마자 걸그룹의 판도를 뒤바꿨으며 그간 발매한 ‘Hype Boy’, ‘Ditto’, ‘Super Shy’ 등 많은 노래가 사랑 받았다.
특히 일본에서 정식 데뷔를 하지 않았음에도 불구하고, 재작년 겨울에 발매한 ‘Ditto’가 일본에서 크게 히트했다.
뉴진스가 이번 팬미팅을 성공적으로 개최한다면, 해외 아티스트로는 가장 빠른 기간 안에 도쿄돔에 입성하는 아티스트가 된다.
하반기에 이어질 새로운 앨범 발매와 2025년 월드투어 계획까지 발표되어, 많은 K-pop 팬들이 뉴진스의 행보에 관심을 가지고 있다.
