AHYEON joined BABYMONSTER.
BABYMONSTER is a girl group launched by YG Entertainment in seven years after BLACKPINK.
Through its own survival, it is composed of talented multinational members.
Just before his debut, AHYEON was unable to fulfill his scheduled debut schedule due to poor health.
In the survival program, AHYEON was evaluated as a member with all the singing, dancing, and visuals. She also received a lot of attention for her perfect cover of Charlie Puth’s “Dangerously.”
Therefore, many fans expressed regret that she could not stand on the stage of BABYMONSTER.
However, AHYEON joined BABYMONSTER’s album and MV released on April 1st and showed a more complete performance.
AHYEON said in an interview, “At the time, I had a hard time psychologically. It’s hard to elaborate, but I felt a lot of pressure. I focused on recovering at the time. I worked out hard and ate well,” he said, easing fans’ worries.
The future activities of the complete BABYMONSTER are highly anticipated.

베이비몬스터는 YG 엔터테인먼트에서 블랙핑크 후 7년만에 런칭하는 걸그룹이다.
자체 서바이벌을 통해 재능 있는 다국적 멤버들로 구성됐다.
데뷔 직전 아현은 건강 악화로 예정된 데뷔 일정을 소화하지 못했다.
서바이벌 프로그램에서 아현은 노래와 춤, 비주얼까지 모두 갖춘 멤버라고 평가 받았다. 아현은 찰리 푸스의 ‘Dangerously’를 완벽하게 커버하기도 하여 많은 주목을 받기도 했다.
그렇기에 아현이 베이비몬스터의 무대에 서지 못한다는 것에 대해 아쉬움을 표현하는 팬들이 많았다.
하지만 지난 4월 1일 발매된 베이비몬스터의 앨범과 MV에 아현이 무사 합류했고, 더욱 완성도가 높아진 무대를 보여 줬다.
아현은 인터뷰에서 “당시에는 심리적으로 힘들었다. 자세히 말하긴 어렵지만, 부담감이 컸다. 당시 회복하는데 전념했다. 운동도 열심히 하고 밥도 잘 챙겨 먹었다”고 말하며 팬들의 걱정을 덜어 주는 모습을 보였다.
완전체가 된 베이비몬스터의 앞으로의 활동이 많은 기대를 받고 있다.
