1) Scope & definitions
Digital content: K-pop dance/music/Korean learning content, downloadable files, and related materials sold on our site.
Accessed/used: any video streamed for more than ~1 minute, any file downloaded, or course progress recorded on our system.
2) Standard refund window
You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase if the content has not been accessed/used.
After any access/use is detected, the purchase becomes non-refundable (digital content by nature is delivered immediately).

Content already accessed/used (see definition above)
Purchases made more than 3 days ago
Expired access (e.g., after the 365-day viewing period)
Gift codes, coupons, and price differences from promotions
4) Exceptions (case-by-case)
We’ll make it right in these situations—even after access—if we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time:
Technical failure on our side preventing access (server, DRM, entitlement).
Duplicate/accidental purchase of the same item (one kept, one refunded).
Unauthorized payment or minor without guardian consent (subject to verification).
5) Exchanges & credits
If you prefer, we can issue store credit equal to the refundable amount instead of a monetary refund.
6) How to request

Order ID, purchaser name, and email used at checkout
Product title/URL and purchase date
Country + payment method (PayPal / TossPayments)
Brief reason + screenshot of any error (for technical issues)
7) Method & timing
Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Processing typically takes 3–10 business days after approval (your bank/PayPal timelines may vary).
8) Currency, fees & taxes
We refund the purchase amount shown at checkout.
Exchange-rate differences and third-party fees (e.g., card/PayPal/bank charges) are outside our control and may not be recoverable.
If a chargeback was filed, we’ll resolve the dispute first; duplicate refunds are not issued.
9) Abuse & fair use
We may refuse refunds in cases of misuse, excessive refund history, or policy abuse.
