Saturday: Intensive Practice Day
Morning (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
7:00 AM – 7:30 AM | Wake Up & Stretching
Start the day with full-body stretches to loosen up your muscles.
7:30 AM – 8:00 AM | Breakfast
Have a healthy meal with protein and complex carbs (e.g., boiled eggs, oatmeal, fruits).
8:00 AM – 9:30 AM | Vocal Practice
Warm-up exercises: diaphragmatic breathing and resonance training.
Practice audition songs: sing along with the original → practice with backing track → develop your own style.
Record and review to identify areas for improvement.

Stay hydrated and enjoy a light snack (e.g., nuts, fruit).
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Dance Practice
Focus on learning and perfecting K-pop choreography.
