🧭 Country-by-Country Prep (Do this now)

🇰🇷 Korea

• Book your route for Jeju (Aug 16) & Seoul (Aug 26–27) if you’re applying to PLEDIS. Bring ID + guardian consent if under 18. (Kpopmap)
• Video kit: 1-min clean takes (no filters/reverb), intro = “Name, age, city, category, piece.”
• Log your submissions (date/company/link) and check email/DMs daily (30 days).

🇯🇵 Japan

• HYBE×Geffen window runs to Sep 22; follow clip limits and unlisted YouTube. Portal: hybegeffen-audition.com. (Korea Joongang Daily)
• Tokyo (Aug 27–30): ADOR info pop-up—ask staff about what stands out in on-site rounds. (Instagram)
• Pack printed QR codes linking to your reels; it’s fast for staff to scan.

🇺🇸 USA

🇹🇭 Thailand

• Bring ID + consent, wear simple logo-free clothes, pack lightweight dance shoes.

🇮🇩 Indonesia

• No major Jakarta stop announced (post–Aug 10) yet; use online routes above.
